Hello my darling girl. A day of sadness and tears again. Matthew brought Ethan and Joshua to see me today and whilst they were here, Ethan asked me to show him the goldfish in the garden pond. As we stood there, he pointed to the ladybird ornament on the wall above the pond. "What's that Grandpa" he asked. I told him it was a ladybird. "Why is it there" he asked. I told him I had bought it for his Nana because she liked it and I had put it there for her. Then he really knocked me for six ! "Why doesn't Nana live here any more Grandpa" he asked. I only had time to tell him that his lovely Nana had gone to Heaven to live with the angels before I had to go inside as I didn't want my tears to upset the boys. It was said in all innocence darling, but it came straight out of the blue and really knocked me sideways again. He still remembers you darling and points to your pictures in the house and says 'Nana'. It brought it back to me how much you loved the boys Wend and how they made your life so complete. You loved being a Nana and were so proud of them both. You were a wonderful Nana, wife and Mother darling. The world has been denied such a special person Wend.
