Well darling, it was exactly 11 years ago today that we first met. I called at the house to take you out to lunch on what was to be the beginnning of a wonderful love between us. I remember as you opened the front door and I saw you for the first time, I thought 'Wow',you were so beautiful my darling. We went to the Ramblers Rest and although we were both hungry, we were both nervous, so we shared a meal between us. You later told me that you thought 'if I can share a meal with him on our first date, he can't be that bad' !!. I think I knew even then that you and I would spend the rest of our lives together. I wish we could have had more years together darling. At least we had 9 wonderful years sweetheart. We did more in those years than some people do in a whole lifetime.
