Dear Wen It's nearly a year since you went away. I can't say "left us" because I feel you are very much still closeby. I hope you've met up with Brian and have shared a laugh and joke. I suspect you've both been amused at the silly mistakes we've made. Knowing you Wen you probably wanted to step in and help put things right. As you already know I too now have a grandchild. Megan is absolutely delightful and gives us much pleasure. Brian would be besotted with her. Ian and I have had a couple of walks on the downs with the dogs. We sat on your bench trying to make sense of it all - not much success on my part! I'm always thinking of you which is how I know you're not far away. I keep saying to myself "I must tell Wen that". I really miss our phone calls especially at weekends. Nicola and I will be joining Ian, Matt, Sarah and friends to raise a glass to you on Thursday. Much love always Chris xxx
