My darling Wend. It was 12 years ago today that we said goodbye to you for the last time. You had struggled so bravely for so long, but in the end the cancer was too much for you to fight any longer. I remember clearly Matt, Sarah and I sitting around you bed with your favourite programme, I'm a Celebrity on the TV in the background as you slipped quietly away. My life changed forever that night. It changed from colour to black and white and has never been the same since. My life has moved on now darling, but you will forever be in my heart and thoughts sweetheart. There isn't a day that passes that I don't think of you. We'll meet again my love and I will hold you in my arms once again.
