Hello my darling Wend. Another Valentine's Day without you. A day for couples everywhere, but who gives a thought to those of us left here alone, sad, lonely and crying ? We always did something special and romantic together on this day darling, but I think the most romantic thing I ever did was when I proposed to you that warm, balmy evening on the beach under the stars in the Maldives as the waves of the Indian Ocean lapped our feet. You made me the happiest man alive when you said 'Yes'. Romance was so important to both of us and we both loved surprising the other with a romantic gesture, be it a weekend away, a trip out or something as simple as me buying you flowers. Today darling, as always, there are long stemmed red roses here for you along with my tears at being alone on this day. My heart is so full of love for you Wend, it feels like it will burst.
